Briefly describe your projects key features and tech stack used 

In Thailand, there has been a long-standing effort to push for marriage equality. The challenge is how the virtual world can help address this real-world issue. We decided to redefine the symbol of love in the real world and allow participants to join the community push to enact the marriage equality act.

The campaign idea is to transform the "Love of Mom" statue, which represents a mother's love for her child, into an LGBTQ couple. This transformation communicates that the right to be a mother should not be limited by gender. We introduce an AR statue called "All Mothers, All Love," which will include a button linking participants to a petition website supporting the marriage equality act.

By utilizing public spaces where the "Love of Mom" statue is located, we create a hub of social interaction and community engagement. People visiting the statue can experience the AR transformation, sparking conversations about marriage equality and inclusivity. The interactive AR experience encourages participants to engage with each other and the campaign, turning a public space into a catalyst for social change. This initiative not only raises awareness but also brings the community together in support of equal rights.

What was the inspiration for your project? 

 The inspiration for our project stemmed from the challenge we face as AR/VR developers: Can we leverage the virtual world to address real-world issues? This question drove us to explore how augmented reality can play a role in promoting marriage equality and fostering community engagement.
